Describes the evolution of individual commanders
The basic militray ranks of factions are a simplified version of the real historical army acrchitecture of most military forces around the world. By upgrading your commander you can unlock certain battle and HQ actions that could change the outcome of the future battles!
Sergeant - your starting military rank. Runs a squad of up to 10 soldiers. Can't call for the temporary military help of the nearest army units.
Leitenant - junior officer military rank. Runs a platoon (up to 4 squads) or up to 50 soldiers. Can call for the temporary military help of the nearest army units of the same level (platoon) up to 1 minutes.
Captain - regular officer military rank. Runs a battery (up to 4 platoons) or up to 200 soldiers. Can call for the temporary military help of the nearest army units of the same and higher level (battery or batallion) up to 2 minutes.
Major - senior officer military rank. Runs a batallion (up to 4 batteries) or up to 1000 soldiers. Can call for the temporary military help of the nearest army units of the same and lower level (battery or batallion) up to 5 minutes.
Colonel - regular guild role - to be introduced later.
